New Beginnings

Nicholas Dean Farnum and Anastasia Benson of Grand Marais announce the birth of a son, Matthew James Dean Farnum, at 6:05 p.m. Sept. 17, 2009 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Duluth.

Matthew weighed 6 pounds, 8 1/2 ounces, and was 21 1/2 inches long.

Matthew joins brother Noah, 3, at home and sister Haylee, 7, of Brooklyn Park. Proud grandparents are Douglas and Linnea Benson of Coon Rapids, Diane Benson of Bethel, Minn., Dean Lee Farnum of Grand Marais and Theresa L. Farnum of Grand Marais.
