Northern Gardening returns to WTIP

WTIP’s popular Northern Gardening program returned on Thursday, February 4 at 4 pm. The first show’s topic was Planning this Year’s Vegetable Garden, focusing on vegetable varieties that work in our region. The Northwoods Foods Project and Cook County Extension are producing the program with WTIP, and hosts will include Diane Booth, Jeanne Wright, Melinda Spinler and Joan Farnam.

WTIP’s Northern Gardening will air on the first and third Thursdays of every month and will focus on a variety of topics and issues for gardening in our northern climate.
