We had two representatives running the 400-meter dash. Molly Thomas got out quick and hung on. Thomas ran a season-best, earning 13th place with a time of 65.83.

Sophie Eliasen, also in the 400, got out really quick and hung on with heavy legs in to the finish. She ran a personal best time and earned a spot on the podium, finishing in 6th place with a time of 63.57.

Maya McHugh was up next in the 800-meter run. She ran a personal best with a time of 2:37.85 and came in 11th place.

In the field events, Emily Jacobsen threw the shot put 28"10' and finished in 11th place. The winner of this event was Emma Gilbert from International Falls with an impressive throw of 43’5”.

Will Lamb jumped a personal best in the triple jump with a jump of 38’09”. He finished in 8th place.

It was a fun season with this young bunch of 43 athletes. It will be fun to watch this team develop in the coming years!
