This old log building— the Trading Post in Grand Marais—once stood where Johnson Heritage Post now stands. The photo is from the postcard collection of Tom Toftey. The postcards belonged to Tom’s father, Cook County News-Herald Editor Ade Toftey. The year the postcard photo was taken is unknown.
