Shirley Mae (Sobczak) Anderson, 87, of Prescott, Arizona, went to meet our Father in Heaven on April 30, 2025. Born December 26, 1937 in Kettle River, Minnesota. Shirley married Dale Anderson on December 31, 1954, in Moose Lake, Minnesota. They moved to Grand Marais, Minnesota, in 1954, where they raised seven children on Maple Hill on the Gunflint Trail.

Shirley cleaned the Sawtooth Mountain Clinic for many years. She was also a cake decorator, baker, and homemaker. She had many friends in the community and was an avid church member.

Son Mickey, grandson Damian, and husband Dale preceded her in death. She is survived by sons Terry, Robin, Tim, and Gerald, as well as twin Daughters Wendy (Wisniewski) and Sandy (Briese).

She has many grandchildren. Shirley was loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
