Snow or no snow, the ski season will go on, albeit on artificial snow. Last year, the boys and girls Alpine ski teams qualified for the state meet. With pretty much everyone back, it should be another excellent year for the Cook County High School ski team. Despite the lack of snow, both boys and girls teams competed at the Giant’s Ridge ski meet on December 22. Taking up where they left off last year, the boys team took first place, and the girls team finished second.
