July 30, 1964 For the past several years, Laura Grant's dancing classes have performed in what has traditionally become the 'kick-off' for the Fisherman's Picnic. This will be the case again this year when they present The Toymaker's Dream next Wednesday evening. There will be six groups of dancers ranging from novices to advanced steppers. A large cast is included. There are such numbers as March of Toys, Dancing Blocks, Hungarian Doll, Manda the Panda, Hello Dolly, Dancing Drum, Puppet on the String, and Balloons. There’s the Waltzing Cat, Do A Duet, Penguin Hop, Jig Saw Jitters, Mexican Dolls, Good Shop Lollipop, Bouncy, The Clown, Walkie Talkie Dolls, Acrobatic Clowns, Airline Hostess Dolls. In the picture on the left are Mary Quick, Mary Humphrey, Barbara Olsen, Linda From, and their director, Mrs. Grant. Humphrey Photo
