Kathleen Cap is the 2024 Rock Painting contest winner. The Faribault, Minnesota native won two years ago. This year’s them was “A Summer’s Day at the Lake.” Kathleen is flanked here by Tyler and Jessica Dean, owners of Joyne’s Ben Franklin who sponsored the contest.
