AUDREY A HILL

 Our beloved mother, Audrey (Sundquist, Floyd) Hill, age 97, passed away peacefully on August 27th, 2025, at The Waters of Plymouth, where she had been a resident for almost 11 years.
 She was born to Arthur and Jennie Sundquist on May 15, 1928, in Kingston, Minnesota, but moved to Minneapolis almost immediately. Audrey graduated from Patrick Henry High School in Minneapolis. She married Dick Lee Floyd on Valentine’s Day 1948. They raised their three children on Lake Vermilion.
 A few years after Dick died, she married Richard A Hill and moved from Cook, MN, to New Bern, NC. Audrey led an active life in New Bern for 29 years, where she enjoyed painting, traveling, and many social activities. She moved back to Minnesota after Richard’s passing to live at the Waters of Plymouth, where she remained very active for many years.
 She is survived by her Sister Maryls Lisowski; Son Gregory Floyd (Sandy); Daughter Jill Klapatch (Mike); Stepson David Hill (Nancy). Grandchildren Justin Floyd, Jennie (Klapatch) Lund, Rochelle (Scheuring) Rentschler, Jason Floyd, Katie (Scheuring) Lorenz, Josh Klapatch, Anna (Hill) Avery. Also, 15 great-grandchildren: Caleb, Clara, Clayton, Cody Lund; Jordin, Jackson Floyd; Noah, Anna Floyd; Audrey, Rex Rentschler; Madden, Ailie Lorenz; Henry, Emma Klapatch; William Avery. There are numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Julie Fogelberg.
 A memorial service for Audrey will be held Saturday, October 4th, at 11:00 am. Pastor Kevin Olson from Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Hibbing will officiate. The service will be at The Waters of Plymouth, 11305 Highway 55, Plymouth, MN 55441. Interment will be at a later date.
