This can be as simple as making accessibility improvements like as clear signage or keeping sidewalks shoved. Or training staff to engage respectfully with all customers—inclusive of those with hearing, vision, mobility, sensory, or other needs. Creating an Age-Friendly workplace by offering flexible schedules, ergonomic workspaces, and valuing older workers' experience is another way employers can adopt Age-Friendly best practices.
