Letters to the Editor
Letters to the editor are the opinions of the writer and don’t necessarily reflect the views of the newspaper. Letters should be 300 words or less but exceptions will be made for longer letters in some cases.

Where does one begin, again, with the 76th year of occupation and apartheid and genocide as marked by international experts and court orders to halt collective punishment and forced displacement. Where does one begin with western governments applying double standards and intimidation of ICC justices with open threats- seems rogue state esque to me. No one is above the law, that must be the truth, otherwise it is all private law that can be bought and sold and that means no one is safe.

Presidential candidate, Donald Trump, has echoed his support for this plan.
The response to Mr. Wizykoski opinion was interesting in the fact that first we have to identify him as a conservative and then we have to trash his points of reference as “divide and conquer”, anti-trans, and transphobic while offering up a more “correct” point of reference like the ACLU, Forbes and Sports Illustrated. (these are not exactly centrist organizations). Let’s face it, conservatives and liberals both can find support for there side of the aisle without having to search very far. Finding real truth today is a near impossible task.
TRUTH. What is it? We all want truth, but what is TRUTH? If something is true, it is unchanging, constant, trustworthy, and it is true for EVERYONE. Some say that what is true for you may not be true for me. The truth of that statement is that you may believe something is true, but I don’t. You have your truth, I have mine. We have all heard it.
