“Yoga is so much more than the physical movements, poses, and flows. It is so much more than meditation and breathwork. In the […] ancient yogic traditions, it would be laughable to think someone could really learn, practice, and teach yoga in just a year's time… what we have predominantly today is a modernized version. This quick fix transformation of an ancient art and philosophy has happened with much more than just yoga. In the modern world, we tend to rush through the day and all of our actions / interactions. Even when we know there is something else more or needed for a wholesome life, rarely do we take the time to bask in it or practice the mindfulness needed to integrate into the everyday.

She said no one reached out to the people who built the orchard. Here are her remarks to the commissioners.

Just last week, the Republican Study Committee (RSC), which counts about 80% of all House Republicans as members, released a plan calling for a $1.5 TRILLION dollar cut from Social Security as well as an increase in the retirement age in its budget proposal. The current age to receive full Social Security benefits was raised to 67 previously, and the Republicans won’t say how much higher they plan to raise it. Presidential candidate, Donald Trump, has echoed his support for this plan.
