Dan and Melodee Riddle turned the keys to the Blue Water Café over to Satinder (Sam) and Sarabjit Baines on November 1, 2023. Sam and Sarabjit will make few changes to the menu but will expand hours to 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. with Wednesdays closed.
