Cook County was one of 40 counties awarded achievement certificates for going over their quota in the annual, door-to-door Neighbor to Neighbor (NTN) Fund Drive. Henry Eliasen of Grand Marais, who accepts it on behalf of her fellow Republicans. Reading the commendation of Cook County to the audience is Mrs. Frank O. Jones of Fairmont, state NTN chairman.
