Harry Gordon, officer in charge of immigration and naturalization, Dept. of Justice, Duluth, is shown herewith presenting Earl Savard, Grand Marais, a certificate of merit for thirty years of meritorious service. Mr. Savard has been stationed regularly at the Pigeon River office. He was also presented a gold pin in recognition of his faithful service. The presentation was made a few weeks ago.
