Marty was a truly remarkable soul—a loving husband, cherished friend, devoted brother, adoring Funcle (Fun Uncle), and the best Godfather.
He was preceded in death by his devoted parents, Betty and Bill Cronberg, along with many others who surely welcomed him with open arms.
He leaves behind his beloved wife—the essence of his life—and many friends and family who will forever miss his presence.
To those who knew him, Marty was a constant source of love, encouragement, and support.

He was a man of many passions, but none shone brighter than his love for fishing and his devotion to family.
His strength, presence, and steady support will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know him.
From a young age, Marty nurtured a deep love for the outdoors, dividing his time between the serene lakes of Minnesota and the city of Chicago.
During his time in Grand Marais, Minnesota, he poured his heart into building The Beaver House, transforming it into more than just a fishing destination. It became a labor of love and a lasting family legacy.
An inventor at heart and a visionary in spirit, Marty created the legendary Beaver Flick fishing lure—an ingenious creation that brought joy and success to countless anglers.
His contributions to the fishing world will not be forgotten.
Beyond life on the water, Marty found solace and inspiration in poetry and had a deep love for music and playing the drums.
Though our hearts ache with grief, we find comfort in the memories we hold dear and in the enduring legacy Marty leaves behind—a legacy of love, creativity, and an unshakable passion for life.
