This past week, noted outdoor photographer David Johnson had an encounter with some male and female redbreasted Mergansers who were plying the Grand Maras harbor for a meal of fish. A female Merganser was showing off her fishing skills to the group, and David, in a rare moment, caught her in action as she caught a Sculpin.
