Senator Hauschild named Legislator of the Year by Minnesota Ambulance Association
Senator Grant Hauschild (DFLHermantown) has been named Legislator of the Year by the Minnesota Ambulance Association, in recognition of his work fighting on behalf of the needs of Minnesota’s Emergency Medical Services.

If you attend my weekly yoga classes at the Cook County Community YMCA (Fridays at 11am and Saturdays at 8am), you may have noticed that I do not use any music during our practice. This is not because I am opposed to music with yoga. At home I almost always turn up the tunes for my flow! Rather, I have found the lack of music to be a way in which we can focus more deeply on the body and the breath.
