Favorite Cars
For twelve years I did not own a car. I live in Grand Marais so it wasn’t hard to get around without a car; Grand Marais is a good walking town. Friends and kind strangers gave me rides to the twin cities and Duluth in the early years, then I just stopped going anywhere.

Gene Alan Brovold, 74, “confidential”, pled guilty to “Make or initiate call knowing no emergency exists with the w/intent to disrupt, interfere with emergency.” The case was dismissed because conditions had been met or had expired. He had one year of Adult probation to the court, completed a diagnostic assessment, and must follow the recommendations.
