Despite not securing a win yet, their determination was evident in a recent game where they lost by a mere couple of points due to a missed three-pointer at the buzzer.

HUB HAPPENINGS

“I am more motivated to stay fit when I exercise in a group. I love being with friends who have similar goals,” said a recent participant in a group class at the Hub. Many would agree it is often more difficult to accomplish things alone! The Senior Center offers three free classes focusing on both exercise and mind connection. Apparently, there is a need for low impact activities as evidence by those who attend activities on a weekly basis.
