North House Community Open House a grand success

North House kicked off its three day 2024 Unplugged celebration with a Community Open House and grand opening for the new Welcome Center. “After a year of collaborating with many local contractors and builders, it just felt right to have our Community Open House be not only the start of Unplugged but also the first time the full building was available for the public to explore,” said Greg Wright, North House’s Executive Director. “When I ordered carrot cake for 450 some of the staff wondered if my eyes were getting too big, but within two hours every slice had vanished. Having friends and neighbors checking out every corner and even exploring our new staff offices felt great!”
