The first in a series of wildfire safety meetings was held last Saturday morning at the Hovland Town Hall. Thirty-six people attended the meeting to listen to the valuable information provided by four different presenters: Aaron Molin-Kling (Firewise Coordinator), Andrea Tofte (Cook County Public Health Emergency Preparedness Coordinator), Ann Sullivan (County Board Chair), and Bob Svaleson (Hovland Fire Department).
